cestc At the end of last year, we predicted that the Air Jordan 2 was set to make a massive comeback. considering that then, we’ve seen leaks of a few pretty major collaborations including one with A Ma Maniere, another with J Balvin, and a third with Union LA. Now, as we head towards the spring and summer months, we’re taking our first look yet at the Air Jordan 2 low “Responsibility” – and it’s packed to the gills with premium materials!
Virgil Abloh really brought the AJ2 low back into the spotlight when he launched the “Black” and “White” last year. taking on the beloved low-top silhouette, the “Responsibility” features an ultra luxe construction that combines nubuck and leather into one opulent package. “Cement Grey” elephant print makes its way to the ankle section, while a cream tab is stitched onto the lateral side complete with an illustrated arrow.
Large winged basketball insignias can be found on the tongues, and the inside of the shoe is quilted to pure perfection. The Nike Air midsoles have been done up in a beige fuzzy texture, and to round it all off, the insole is printed with the message: “Wear your shoes, show the world where you’ve been” followed by “PEACE love RESPECT”.
