cestc Back in March, images leaked of an upcoming Pokémon x adidas campus collab. A collection that dropped exclusively in Asia, sneakerheads elsewhere had no way of getting their hands on a pair. Now, months later, it looks like the Pocket Monsters have reunited with the three stripes for yet another capsule, and we’re taking our first look yet.
Taking on the underrated advantage silhouette, the first thing that you’ll notice about the Pokémon x adidas advantage is the 8-bit Pikachu that’s printed across the laterals. An homage to the Japanese anime’s Gameboy days, additional first gen Pokémon make their way to the inner liner, including Bulbasaur, Charmander, Cubone, Vaporeon.

Other notable design features include perforated three stripe branding along the side panels, co-branded tongues, and a custom adidas x Pokémon insole, finalising the design.
Set to drop soon, the Pokémon x adidas advantage is a must cop for fans of the wildly popular franchise. A European release could be on the cards, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole supplier and we’ll let you know as soon as we do!
